There was a payment Error!

We're sorry, but we were unable to process your credit card payment at this time. Please review the following details to resolve the issue. 

Possible Reasons: 
1. Insufficient Funds: Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available in your account to cover the payment amount. 
2. Incorrect Card Details: Double-check the credit card information you entered, including the card number, expiration date and CVV code. Make sure all the details are accurate and up to date. Please note that we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
3. Card Declined: Your credit card provider may have declined the transaction for various reasons, such as suspected fraud, reaching the credit limit, or a temporary hold on the card. Please contact your card issuer to inquire about the specific reason for the decline. 

What to Do Next: 
1. Retry Payment: If you believe the issue was temporary or due to a small error, you can attempt the payment again. To do this please check your email account for an email from us. It will have a unique payment link that you can use until your payment is approved. Please note that we have saved your registration data so you will not need to redo your registration.
2. Use Another Payment Method: Alternatively, you can choose a different payment method such as another credit card. In certain case we can accept wire transfers. Please contact us by replying to the Failed Payment email you received to request this option.
